​The venue’s capacity allows for 80 participants to register. Registration will close when capacity has been reached.

​If capacity has not been reached, regular registration can be completed through our conference website until March  14th (23:59 JST) or at the venue on the day.

​

Membership is currently limited to committee members. As such, conference fees are the same for both members and non-members.

Full Conference Registration (21st and 22nd March)​​

  • Registration Fee ¥7000

  • Discounted Registration Fee ¥4000

Discounted registration is available to students and early career researchers who have no or limited access to funding.

Friday 21st March Registration (full day)​​

  • Registration Fee ¥5500

  • Discounted Registration Fee ¥2500

Discounted registration is available to students and early career researchers who have no or limited access to funding.​ It is also available to any teacher or member of the public who does not have access to funding.

Saturday 22nd March Registration (half day)

  • Registration Fee ¥1500​​​​

The student/early career researcher discount is not available for those registering for Saturday 22nd only.

 

A social event will be held on the evening of the 21st March. ​Registration and payment for the social event is ticketed separately. Details will be announced later.

 
 
This conference will be an in-person event only, and no video conferencing options will be available for attendance.
