Refunds: Conference fees are refundable up to one week before the start of the conference. Handling fees for refunds are borne by the participant requesting the refund

​

Delivery: When conferences fees are paid, a QR code will be delivered. This QR code acts as the participant's ticket for the conference

​

Accepted payment methods: Conference fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer

​

Payment period: Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 3 days of the date of order.
